Aerial Spares Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

 Refund
  • All claims must be submitted within 7 days from Proof of Delivery to the customer. Aerial Spares will notify the customer of receipt of the claim within 7 days. All parts requiring a return to Aerial Spares must be received by Aerial Spares within 28 days of the customer receiving their receipt of claim. All claims are accepted or rejected at the discretion of the Aerial Spares Parts Department and their decision is final. All parts must be in a “Resalable” original unused condition to claim a credit against your parts.
  • Aerial Spares do NOT offer parts on a Sale or Return basis.
  • Returned goods may be subject to a 15% handling charge dependant upon the reason for return.
 Cancellation
  • Orders placed with Aerial Spares may be cancelled but only if the order has not already been despatched or has already been processed for despatch.
  • Any order that requires cancelling after the order has been despatched or entered the despatch process will be subject to the 'Return of Goods For Refund' policy and will also be subject to a 15% handling charge for the whole value of the order (Including freight charge). The freight charge would NOT be credited.
  • Any goods cancelled after despatch will be returned by the customer at the customers cost.
 Replacement
  • Goods that are found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt are eligible for replacement.
  • Aerial Spares will NOT replace or cover faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Aerial Spares do not take any responsibility for any parcel damaged in transit. In this case the courier should be informed immediately and the parcel signed for as 'Damaged'.

  • Non-stock items are shipped on the same day they arrive in stock
